Britney Spears feels her civil rights have been played around with, so she's taking it to the very top! Gatecrasher reports that Britney doesn't understand why she can not get a lawyer. Sam Lutfi called someone close to Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger to try to get him to speak with Britney. A source said, "Britney says her civil rights have been violated and she wants to talk to Arnold about it. She wants the governor to look into why she can't get an attorney. Sam was chewing on his dinner while he was saying all this into the phone." Sam wants Arnold to call him, so he can hand the phone over to Britney. He said that her phone number is "confidential" and he can't give it out. Britney had a chance meeting with Arnold's wife, Maria Shriver, at the Beverly Hills hotel after she checked out of the psych ward.
