I can't wait til I get to my 500th post...so I can cut copy and paste :)

Yes, having the ability to cut and paste is really awesome since we would be able to post even faster on myLot but there are members that abuse it by stealing other people's articles and paste it as their own discussions.

AMEN to that! What's up with that anyway? I think that's among the few things that I dislike about this site. The other being, you can't edit a post and make corrections. I think they need to change that most definitely...

I remember when I was anxious to be able to copy and paste on here. The reason being is that when I wasn't able to copy and paste and I would write my discussion/responses out sometimes I would get an error message for one reason or another and it would fail to go through, so all the typing I did would be lost. I'd either retype it, or just give up on it altogether. Now I type my discussions/responses using a different program and then copy and paste it onto mylot. Just keep participating in mylot and you will reach the 500 mark before you know it! :) Good luck!

I feel the same way. Like you I still have a little way to go. That is my next goal that I'm gonna set for myself I think is 500.

I understand what you are going through because I couldn't wait until i got my 500th either because I knew that once you did you could copy and paste stories and things like that so that other people could see it and comment on it..but it really didn't take me long...and it won't take you long either if you just stay committed and set your head to it...congrats on the 182 and good luck on getting the rest of it...stay determined

By copy and paste it save us the trouble to type the whole text. i don't see the reason why we need to reach 500 posts in order to be able to copy and paste. Can anyone tell me? It's like the senior members is bullying the junior members.
