are bed bugs the same as wooly bears?

when i lived with my ex-husband i cleaned everyday but most mornings would find these little black insects on th window sill-when getting up though i never had been bitten that i can remember. please share any comments you have about this topic

If you have house plants, sounds like black fly. Spray your plants with appropriate spray available at your nearest garden centre lol.
