I have been suffering from horrible leg pain, it is so bad that I am taking huge amounts of pain killers to try to keep the pain to a tolerable level. I know I have arthritis in my left knee and one day soon will need knee replacement, but this pain goes beyond the arthritis. It goes all the way down the leg from the hip and even hurts into my feet. I dread getting up in the morning because I will have to walk! I have always loved to walk, and have two mini Doxies that I walk at least once a day...and now I dread walking them because of the pain. I will add that I have a high tolerance to pain but this is uncontrollable! Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I am afraid that with the extent of the pain I will be in a wheel chair shortly.

If the pain is unbearable have you seen a doctor? Arthritis may cause some pain and you can easily be relieved by medicines. I believe you must know what is causing the pain before you can have the medicine for it. Seeing a doctor perhaps is the best answer to the pain that is disturbing you.
