Years ago, I learned to use biofeedback to help with pain. It worked to a point. After the pain got so bad, I could not think much less use my mind to calm my pain.
Well it seems that biofeedback is once again being used with good results in people who have hypertension, anxiety, back pain, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, tension headaches as well as other health problems.
Biofeedback uses your mind to calm and relax your body taking you to a safe and less painful state.
Have you ever used biofeedback?
