you can go to download.com and type keylogger. download all in one keylogger and you're set to logging every website your kids surf on the internet.

I dont think that is the smartest way. Security would be a high factor there. I would not touch keyloggers , you have no idea what could within them. There could be backdoors and you wouldn't even know it.

not if you download from a reputable source like download.com. download.com inspects the programs that they post on their website.

What do you want to monitor? Chat? Websites? Are they using a different computer on the same network? Windows XP ? You could just look in there cache if they don't delete it. To see what sites they visit.
