Morgana's Perch...

Every once in awhile Morgana starts thinking she is tiny and dainty...she will climb up on my craft shelf and sit which is about a foot and a half from our ceilings. I have no idea why she does this since she can sleep pretty much anywhere in the house.
Her other favorite spot is on top of our TV stand b/c she loves to bat off my what-not's which I don't like. She's not as bad at that as she used to be but it's still fun for her. Right now she is sleeping on top of my CPU while I'm typing LOL Yesterday was her second birthday so she's a little wore out LOL
So where does your pet like to perch or lay? Does it amuse you or do you wish they would find a new spot?

It's about a foot and a half from the ceiling and she just thinks she is so talented to get up there without knocking everything over. She's been known to sleep up there. I have no idea why since she has plenty of places to sleep around here.
Her other place to climb is on top of our tv stand where she can bat at my what-not's and knock them to the floor which does not amuse me. Yesterday was second birthday so she was feeling a little cocky LOL Here's a pic I took...isn't she cute?
So, where's your pets favorite place to perch or lay? Does it amuse you or do you wish they'd find another spot?

She is sooo... cute. All cats love high places, the higher the better. One of cats who is an excellent climber will somehow get herself up to the highest cupboard in the kitchen & perch there.
Some cats are more curious than others, so this is also a reason Morgana is climbing up to very high places.
I would say that you have a very intelligent & alert cat, who happens to be a good climber as well.
She is beautiful.

my cats climb into the kitchen cupboards among the dishes, for some reason that is their favourite place.

My cat loves to hang out in the bathroom on the cabinet. Which drives me nuts when I'm trying to get ready for work, as I set my blow dryer and stuff on the cabinet, and I'm so afraid she will knock it down. Char is everywhere in the house laying wherever she feels like it.

It just amazes me how they seem to find these great places.LOL When Maggie and Molly were kitttens they were always finding new places to hide. Now they are huge and cant fit in the tiny little hiding places. I think your cat is so adorable. Maggie is always changing her place to lay its either in the computer room with me or in the living room. She only stays around a week a time. Then its time to change. Now Molly on the other hand is always on my bed. She wont allow Maggie on the bed.hahahahah

WOW Morgana is tiny to be 2! I thought our Moses was tiny (he was the runt of his litter). She's adorably cute!!!
Our cats do have their favortie places to snooze. Leo has the chair in our living room as one of his favorite places. And Moses can be found a lot of times on the love seat (living room). Though at times they'll switch places LOL. He and Moses both love sleeping on our couch (inn our den) too at night since I've been home. Moses loves to lay on top of the couch in front of the window - one of Leo's old favorite places. They both are frequently found lounging in the chairs in the office - the chairs are kitchen chairs 'cause we haven't bought a new office chair. So they're really cute laying on the cushions...esp our Leo as he's a bit hummm plump. LOL
They love getting into closets too and sleeping. My closet has glass sliding doors and they figured out how to open one side - and I'd find them in the baskets with my underwear or some of the other baskets a lot. Drives me crazy. I had to go get a dowel rod and put to stop them LOL.

Was it Really her second birthday? She looks like a kitten, she's so small and adorable.
Cats love high places and it always amazes me when they perch high. When I watch one of our cats jump up somewhere, I can never quite believe they can do that. It would be like one of us humans jumping to the top of a two story building.

My two animals act the same way.i have a cat that should be in the house always but crys to go out on the front [porch and he loves to sit on the porch swing..When he is inside he sits on my rocking chair,and my little dog is so jealous of the cat..my dog usually sits on hubby's lap but when she saw the cat sit on the chair,everytime the cat comes in she runs to that chair to keep my cat from being on it...they are funny to watch..my sisters cat changes locations all the time,once when i went into the bathroom i was going to get a wash cloth so when i opened the pantry there he was among all the towels and wash cloths...My cat and dog always changes their places,you might just find them anywhere...

Funny! I used to have a cat named Windows (named that because she was found sitting on the windowsill above our door) who liked to sit on the back of the couch and swing her tail at the dog. Now I have my old dog and my younger do. They are mini-daschunds and prefer to either be on my lap or in any chair that I am in/

i don't have any pets now but when i was a child my cat used to like sleeping on my pillow sprawled out so she cover the entire pillow may it very hard to sleep at first but then i figured out that she didn't care if i used her as a pillow so thats what i did. she would just lay there and let me lay my head on her as tho she was the pillow and the pillow was her bed.
