Is Anyone familiar with the Apple Patch Diet?

Has anyone ever heard of or tried out the apple patch diet? It's supposed to be a patch you put and it suppresses your hunger much like the nicotine patch does for smokers.

No, I have never heard of this diet. I wonder if it works. :)
