Hello Guys,
Could you tell me (if there is a way) how to edit or at least add on things to a posting I start? If it is not possible, isn't there some way to "reply" to your posting if we want to add things? When I click on "Discussions I've started" they don't have the button to click on to reply to yourself.
Would be appreciated. Thanks.
p.s. Maybe it is only for MyLot members who have 500+ credit?

Sorry to have to tell you, but you can't add/delete/edit.. once you post the discussion or response your done! The only way it is removed is if the mylot admin deems it unworthy. lol. sorry loen ;)
Happy mylotting.

I haven't found a way to post your comments, unless another person replies to you. I could have sworn I saw somebody else post and then add on a comment to continue her posting, before anybody had replied. Thanks ET (I think that photo is ET, though I have to squint a bit). ;o)

I don't think that there is a way to add to, or edit a posting. I think that once something has been posted, that's final, and nothing else can be done about it. This is one thing that has always bothered me about MyLot, because as thorough as we try to be, mistakes will still happen.

Yeah,
They have several things they need to fix. But I assume they are still pretty new online (at least I never knew about it until about a month ago).
They should make it at least so that you can reply to yourself (without having to wait till somebody else returns).

Quite simply - YOU CAN'T!
mylot does a great disservice to its members by not allowing the author to at least edit their original discussions.
The original author should also be able to delete their own posts if they so desire. Most every other bulletin-board on the net allows authors to edit and delete their own content!
On mylot an author cannot add to their discussion until someone else posts a response. Once another member has responded you can add comments to your own discussion and try to clarify statements or correct typos.

Which discussion is it? I'll go post on it so that you can put something under my reply if you'd like.

Thanks so much, Ldyjarhead!
I posted about a lion story. I messed up the title, thinking it was tags instead. And I want to also add to it. I think it was something like: "Lion, news, film." I greatly appreciate your offer to help.
Also, if there is a way to give suggestions to MyLot or at least contact them, please let me know. I am a novice still. Thanks thanks thanks! :o)

No, unfortunately there's no way to go back and edit anything once its' posted.
You can reply to your own discussion, though. You might have to wait until someone else responds, and then the 'reply' button will be under their comment.
