When you are drinking your coffee do you put a creamer in it or just milk? I have recently gotten to love a creamer called International Delight. there are a whole bunch of different flavours available and I have tried them all. I find the one I like the best is the French Vanilla. The problem is it costs a lot and I put a lot in my coffee so the big jar doesn't last very long. But I can't help it, I just love it. I keep thinking, every time I pour it in, the calories I must be consuming, tons. So what do you put in your coffee? Cream or milk or just black.
