Todd assaulted two teenage boys yesterday and today. How can he not got to jail? He is an adult and should know better. I have lost all respect for him. The spoilers said something about John finding out what Todd did. Unless Cole won't press charges, how can John not arrest him? And since he is a minor, isn't Nora his guardian and wouldn't she press charges on his behalf? Starr is so mad, she would definitely testify.
