Magazines - can get them rather cheap

if you watch sales and such, or magazines.com. I love mine, Martha Stweart Living, Real SImple, better home and gardens, and Family Fun... question.. how many do you subscribe to and how often do you read them? I currently have a stack about 18 inches tall, from December, taht i havent' had a chance to look at yet. The Family FunI always do as I find things in there for my grand daughter to make and do, but the rest sit there till I find the time. I renewed them all this last decemenber cause if I did, I got a free subscription to them to send to a friend and that was christmas gifts for several of my friends. But still, do you read all you get?

I don't buy my magazines. My sister has her own hairdressing shop that she gets about 20 different subsciptions to and once the magazines are a month or two old, she gives them to me. After I read them, the ones I like, I give them to my mom. I know they are a little old by then, but we still read them. After she finishes with them, she gives them to one of my other sisters. By the time we all go through them they are about 5 months old and then get sent to the recyle bin. She gets some of the same ones you mention plus a few others. We, my husband and I, are house sitting for the winter and they have subscriptions delivered here too, so we get to rad those also. My favourite is Reader's Digest. I love all the jokes in them.

I have gotten many at such a great price. Martha Stewart my daughater got me for my B-day one year, I renewed it myself last year, but this year, there was a promo that if I renew my subscription I'd could get one free for a friend, so there was one christmas gift. I got 2 for my daughter through a site with point rewards site and I got the points to cash in for PayPal cash and she got the magazines and they were both cheap pricse. Then the others I get, I just read and pass them on to her and she passes them on to others.

Yeah, catalogs are fun to!! Collection Etc where everything is $14.99! Love that one and Oriental Trader - tons of fun stuff at good prices! I used to get ABC Distributors but spent to much money so I cancelled it. Got my daughter over spending too! But it was a great catalog and had so many good deals!

My favourite place to get mymags is the local `Charity ` shops..where for a few humble pence I can usually come by a ten year old Womans own or suchlike!!!!
My Mother had a spate some years back,car boot sales..she got no end of wonderfully expensive mags for a mere pittance!!!..These have been on top of the wardrobe for years now!!!...dusted lovingly...and probably bequeathed to me in her will!!!!...God love her...long live the boot sales!!!!
