Oh god I hope not.
As a student without a job, ebay and article writing are pretty much my only sources of income.
Because of the last strike, there was less seller activity -which means less buyer activity. Now I'm lucky if I can sell 1 out of 10 items I put up.

I have not heard anything about it. I found out about the first one a few days into it on myspace. I am on myspace constantly now promoting my biz. I don't think as many people are selling on ebay as they once were. Their fees have gone way up. I won't sell on there anymore. I have etsy and ecrater.

Yup tons of people have this idea. It's working out pretty good too. If you ever need some business incentives, I'm your girl. I can help you bring in more money.

My friend (who is constantly selling on eBay) mentioned something about the final value fees going up through the roof. Now for someone who buys something at $1 USD and sells it for $1000 USD, they are going to pay a LOT more than before. She has suggested other sites, but I don't think they have as much traffic as eBay. She did mention something about another boycott of sellers, but that was a month ago.
