how often do you shop at ebay ??

i never shop before but recently, i'm a little attracted to shop there as i found lots of stuffs i like like a couple days ago, i found a hoody stripped sweater and i just fell in love with the sweater that time LOL but i'm a little afraid to shop there is the seller and the shipping trustworthy ?? the shipping in my country is very unreliable i'm afraid if after i paid it, i won't receive the goods.. bah since the items i fell in love with is quite expensive for me please provide me with some informations.. thanks ^^
