Anyone else having problems with etsy?

This is the second time this has happened to me. I have the etsy store all set up and want to add my tutus. Well, after I do the description and click next or whatever the button says, it read failed. It's a bunch of html. Any idea why this is happening? Has this happened to anyone else?
My etsy store is empty due to this. This is the 2nd time this has happened. By second time, I mean second day with weeks in between. I have been so busy with my travel biz lately that I didn't go back til today to try again. What should I do?

I would either email them or go into the forums and see if anyone else is having the same problem. I have been fine..

I did go into the forums, but they didn't know. I ended up figuring it out on my own. I wasn't putting commas between the materials. That's all it was. How stupid!
So now I have one thing listed. LOL

It's happening to me too. I am new to Etsy. Yesterday I loaded 1 photo after 4 or 5 tries - each try took 3 or 4 minutes. So frustrating. Today, same deal. Also, it's been excrutiatingly slow moving around the site. I tried to send a message via "contact" on the etsy help page, but it kept bouncing back saying the subject wasn't the right level. Whatever that is supposed to me? I don't know what to do so I'm going to the gym to work off some aggravation and get my smile back. thanks for listening... judy@downsallysalley.com
