color coding !!!

during my vacation in philippines our driver say sorry for he cant drive for that day because it was a color coding day for the car..i wonder why their is color coding..any body can explain why? do you have a color coding day? we dont have here in korea..

Over here in America we don't have a color coding day. I'm not sure why maybe its something the Philippines does.

to lessen the volume of vehicle on the road. roads are already congested here in the philippines. every year, lots of new vehicle were being sold by the manufacturer aside from the locally assymbled ones but the width of the roads are still the same.

color coding is one way to eliminate traffic congestion! but thats only apply to private and public uttility car! not for government own vehicle sorry to say that most public uttlity vehicle and private too are own by some politcian by which they are using their power over so the vehicle can run without excemption!
