Cash and Springsteen

One piece at a time is one of my favorite Cash tunes. In the songs like this I really see a strong similarity to Bruce Springsteen, who may be the Cash of rock and roll. Their music speaks of the desperation of the common man.

I've never heard that song. I don't listen to either of those people. My parents like Johnny Cash, though.
