I sent a message in a bottle once. Or rather I and some other friends did. I was living in Angola at that time, right across the bay in Luanda. We used to spend a lot of out free time at the beach and somehow the idea of sending a message in a bottle seemed fun and mysterious:) We sent a message of world peace - geesh I feel like a gitl in a beauty pageant LOL - and all signed. Then we put the message inside our bottle and let it go. Not a sound environmental decision, but at that time what did we know about the environment? LOL We have no idea if it was ever found or where it ended, but when talking with a friend last night we remembered that message. Did you ever send a message in a bottle? What was your message? If you were to send one now, what would be your message? I think mine would still be for world peace.
