What do you do about crazy drivers???

I often drive my daughter to work, most of the time I take a certain route. On this particular route there is a left turn with an arrow only. Now this arrow only lasts about 45 seconds no matter how long the line of cars is. A few months back I was at this light and as soon as the arrow turned green I started my turn only to hear someone honking away behind me. I'm looking around like what the ... is going on. There's this suv behind me with a very anal looking woman behind the wheel. Now it's not like I sat in place for 5 or 10 seconds after the signal turned green so what is her problem. It just irratated me so I drove the next 3 blocks at say 15 mph. I figure if your in such a rush how do you like this? Then when I turned the corner she continued to follow me all the way to the turn off for my drop off point, then she just continued on her merry way. There were more than a few times where she could have passed me but there was never any attempt. As it happens a couple of days ago I was sitting at the same light it changes and I start my turn only to once again hear honking from behind me. I look in the rearview mirror and low and behold it's the anal suv lady again!!! Now mind you I do not know this woman. Other than her ignorance a few months ago I have never seen her before and here she goes again. So naturally I did as before drove 15 mph for the next 3 blocks thinking do you remember me now?! As before she followed all the way to the turn off for my drop off point and continued on her merry way.Once again with many times where she could pass she made no attempt!! Now I know there are many crazier, more dangerous drivers on the road but what is it with the anal suv lady? I can see how much dismay I cause her when I pull the driving really slow in front of her after she does the honking thing...but wouldn't you learn the first time that honking just ticks people off? Since this has happened twice I would like to know if any of you have any suggestions as to what my response should be should this happen again.
