Where have you been?

I once went to see some of the pyramids in Mexico. There was the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, both Aztec structures. I climbed the Pyramid of the Moon twice. There was a guy with a burro at the top selling ice cold Cokes. That had to be the best soda I'd ever tasted. We asked him why he did it and he told us, in broken English, that the Pyramid of the Moon was an easier climb (it was smaller) and there was a great view of the Pyramid of the Sun and the whole excavated plaza. He was right, by golly. But we climbed the Pyramid of the Sun, just to say we did it. The view from there was pretty impressive, too, but nobody was there selling ice cold pop. Do you have any memorable travels?

If you've been halfway across Canada, I'm sure you've seen some interesting places. I've never been to Canada, but I used to watch "You Can't Do That on Television".

Yes, I really love to travel and have enjoyed some memorable trips. I liked exploring the Mayan ruins in Tikal in Guatemala. I walked through the jungle in the dark, climbed a Mayan temple and saw an amazing sunrise. Wow! As the sky turned blue all t the animals made noises as they woke up. When I was in New Zealand I went sand boarding and it was such fun. As I was sliding down the high sand dune I spotted a black dot in the sea. What was it? Was it a shark? No. It was a fairy penguin. Wow! I really love to go snorkeling to see colorful coral and pretty fish. I have seen sting rays and black tipped sharks in French Polynesia. I saw a manta ray and a turtle in Australia. In New Zealand I have seen dolphins. When I was in Belize I saw nurse sharks. Happy traveling

He was an old guy, and it was in the 70s. A bunch of schools from Oklahoma City took a Spring Break trip to Mexico. We saw all sorts of awesome things, but the pyramids were the most fascinating.
