The rhythms of day and night no longer determine human sleep patterns.A New study says Television controls our sleep shedule. According to the study, timings of television programmes has a larger effect than the natural cue of daylight, on deciding on when a person goes to bed or wakes up. I agree with the study because of two of my own experiences. One is myself - earlier I use to sleep atleast by 10 pm but now-a-days I am sleeping only after watching my interesting programmes on TV.I know that my sleep timing is reduced because of this, but I am not able to do anything.Second is about my children - ofcourse they are grown up - but they are watching TV programmes after returning from office to till midnight, here also I am not able to do anything. What about you?

In fact this is very true. i used to sleep early but when i started watching my favourite TV programmes i don't sleep early and no matter how tired i'm until i switch it off i can't sleep. i also get up at early hours of the day to watch european football and when i finish no sleep again no matter how i try. so i've been wondering what is the cause of all these. if i want to do something important then i don't have to watch tv or if i want to get up early.
