Weight Problem?

I gave birth more than a year ago and stillI havent lost the fats that I gained. I thought that if I eat less, i would lose weight but then it did not help. I went to the gym,, worked out for a month an I can see some changes in my body but then I have work so I really could not find time anymore. I discovered that drinking tea would really help you lose those belly fats. I dont know but it does help clean your stomach and make you feel light.

I take a herbal supplement, hoodia, from the brand Hoodia Health. Let me tell you, I LOVE this supplement. I had my daughter in August of 2007 and this supplement has worked wonders. I take it about ten to fifteen minutes before I get ready to have lunch or have dinner (you aren't supposed to take it with breakfast) and it helps me feel full quicker, and it lasts several hours! I love it. I have a light breakfast, usually consisting of a peice of fruit, like an apple or an orange, and a glass of skim milk. Then I have a light lunch, like a salad with light dressing or a sandwich. And then for dinner, I eat what I feel like eating, but I make sure my dinner isn't any larger than 500 calories. You have to have some stomach crunches daily in the morning when you wake up. You'll find it a bit difficult to do this in the early days. Lie down on your back without a pillow, if you can lie down on acarpet or on the floor will be the best.
Bring your legs up till they are in perpendicular to you. Then bend your knees as much as you can, count five and then take it up there and then relax, slowly. Do this about ten times in the morning.
Take a cup of hot water with a tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Mixwell, leave it for sometime to cool down a bit. After ten / fifteen minutes or so drink it. Do this daily. You'll see the change soon. With all this drink as much water as you can daily. This will also help you clean your stomach and you'll start feeling healthy. Try this out for a month and tell me what [/i]happened.. All the best
