Mountainous Appearance?

Okay my daughter lives near a large city. Nowhere near rural areas. And especially nowhere near mountains. This photo was taken at an area that is being developed with homes, stores and various bussinesses. Now I loved the look of this as it seems to look somewhat like a small mountain range from a distance. Even though it's just a hill dug out etc. What do you trhink? Does it appear as a mountain at first glance or not? I thought it was cool lookking myself.

Withoput the zoom used it looks like the
ground just dug away for roads etc.

I think it's great - like it should be on the edge of a mountian range or possibly a huge drop off on the other side from the road.

Yeah it does. Sure doesn't look like typical Minnesota area.
