Coincidence or No?

I am one of those who cannot have children or only had one child before I was married. Gave up for adoption. I was one of those ones who would have difficulty in getting pregnant so this pregnancy was a fluke. Something about not having enough room inside (they had to use forceps) Now there are two ladies I know, both who are unable to have children and there is a similarity between us, we all have reddish hair. Now mine was dark brown that turns dark auburn in the summer, one is dark auburn all the time, and one is flashy cheap red, although it is now fading. None of us had any blond while we were in our twenties. So I am wondering whether Melissa or many of those evil women like Jezebel in the past had red hair. Now I do not mean strawberry blond (somehow that takes away the curse) but I mean evil woman, temptress type red, the kind that turns when you are older into cheap blond hair type. I am not talking about bottle red, I mean born with it. It could be why there are less true red heads in the world. Must be the fault of some evil woman whose red hair snared many a victim. Coincidence or no?

Honey, I think that you are overthinking this. I know it must bother you that you can't have children, but there is no way that having red hair or auburn hair can prevent you from having children. You said that you had a child, but that your insides were too small. So your uterus is too small and it is difficult to carry to a full term pregnancy. That is why your body is unable, not because your hair color, or because of any other reason. the Lord chose you to raise your adopted children. I have been pregnant 6 times. I carried my daughter to full term and she is my only surviving child. I often wondered why I wasn't able to have more. In the end, it has nothing to do with biblical curses, witchery or anything else. It's just the way God planned it out. He makes no mistakes. So be happy that you raised two wonderful adopted children and provided them a good home and lots of love. That was his plan for you. My plan is to love my two step children and my daughter. I don't dwell on the why's and why nots.

I was trying to find out why. I eliminated the " would kill the children" excuse because I would never do that, and the "disease I got" because some women had the same thing I did and were still able to get pregnant, and they had to use forceps and give me a local so the passage to take the baby had to be stretched out and she was small so I guess it was a combination of things.

;blinx; having a narow birth canal, or hips or pelvis isnt a "disease" LOTS of babies are delivered with forceps, or the vertex extractor. go do some research or something, you really havent a clue of which you speak

Um, the color of your hair has nothing to do with not being able to have kids. I know plent of people who can not have children and are natural brunettes.

I am brunette in the winter and fall, and I often wondered why do the blonds have all the kids? I mean is it because they have that innocent angelic look on them?

Blondes do not have all the kids. You really need to take step back and realize your genetics caused your body to be a certain way and this is the reason you can not carry a baby.

True red hair runs in my family. I have a cousin that has mor the auburn red hair. She has 2 boys. My daughter has red hair too. Her's more of a red red and she has 3 girls. So the color of you hair has nothing to do with problems having children. I'm sorry that you have difficulty with having children.

I have dark auburn hair,and a lot of red in mine,as i have gooten older mine has faded from the brillant color that is was..I have never had any blond in my hair..I had five healthy children,and would have had more if it were not for my surgery..My sister in law has red hair,and it has faded to blond as she has gotten older and she has 2 healthy daughters..I do not know if the evil women in the body had red hair or not but i do not think the color of you hair has and gripe on you whatsoever in anyway....

im not quite sure exactly what your question is...? that people with red hair are evil and therefore arent blessed with the ability to bear children as their punishment? thats positively rediculous. one, imma redhead, dark auburn with flecks of lighter reds, and im by no means a "jezebel" and have two beautiful daughters. friend of mine with raging red hair, is now working on her third little one. your hair color has nothing to do with your behavior ( evil or good ) in life and is not condusive as to whether or not youre able to have children. ;shakes head;

I think a lot of these certain hair colored people not having as many children could have been self fulfilling as a result of past behavior. Now I know that the Romans used to kill their defective children, but supposing that defectiveness was just in looks and their children would have been healthy, then by exposing those babies, they destroyed the future genes. But the ones that survive could only have one or two children. The same with red heads. If a tribe decided any with dark auburn hair were evil, they would kill them and there would be not as many with that colored hair. And since in the primitive mind there is the association of blond or fair haired with a sun, these would more likely be saved. So if that particular color or type was purged, there is a greater chance of the survivors that are now being more inclined to be infertile or have only one or two children. So lets us say there used to be one million each or red heads, blonds, brunettes, and brown haired. But if you reduce the red heads, and brunettes by five hundred thousand, and the brown haired by six hundred thousands, there is a chance that the ones that were eliminated many of them were able to have many children. But if they did not let their superstitions over come them and did not think dark haired people were children of the evil underground demon or red haired people in league with some other demon, or the Romans who were dark haired or the ancient Greeks throwing babies from battlements, then everyone on earth would be better off.

Dear Suspenseful, I think you should let go of the fact that you could not have any more children. Red hair has nothing to with it. I am sure when you gave up your baby for adoption you had the baby's best interest at heart. In other posts you have talked about the twin boys you adopted after. By now they should be grown ups since you list your age as 65 and had a few posts about receiveing pension. Please look forward to becoming a grandma some day. It is wonderful. Things happen in life, sometimes we make decisions that we regret after but we cannot go back into the past. So please try and live in peace with what you have.

Not having enough room inside, that one makes sense. I heard it said to women without kids before too. But evil women or red hair, I don't think so. Who do you think are more evil? Women that have kids and threw them out in the garbage, or women who can't have kids no matter how much they want them? I was born with dark hair and I won't ponder about being childless.

I'm with the others who have asked if you're really serious about this, even a little. The physical problems you have making it impossible for you to bear children existed from the time of your birth. It was no doubt genetic the same as the color of your hair is genetic but there is no connection between the two at all. Why would some evil redhead thousands of years ago make other redheads in the future suffer infertility? It makes absolutely no sense, hon! Annie

I gave birth to one child when I was seventeen. So it could be it developed and the bones surrounded my uterus thickened and grew inward?

I'm a true red head, natural too, and I have certainly not had any problems having kids. Wish that I could have paused my fertility at times, but I am greatful that I have my little darlings all the same. I don't think there is any research into hair colour and fertility issues, but would certainly be interesting. Your blood type can be a factor of how successful you are in having kids. Some blood types have a harder time and others are fine. I am A- and know that I can't carry boys. Something about not having the rhesus factor in combination with being A group. Not seen research results on it, but a dr a few years back told me that his wife was the same and so was his aunty. They were both A-. Guess that means I have to put up with pink in my house, and so does hubby. Oh, and don't get me started on the toilet and bathroom issues! lol. Not looking forward to the teen years.

Uh, I am not a red haired woman, Im asian and I also suffer same condition you have. It's really hard for me to get pregnant although I can say I am still young at age. I am becoming more and more frustrated nowadays.. I wanted to have a child and I wish God would answer my prayer.
