different vegetables and fruits have different nutrition.experts recommend that adults eat at least two kinds of fruit and five kinds of vegetable every day. i find it a little difficult to keep.from my part,i eat one apple and one pear or banana everyday.while,i don't eat sufficient vegetables in my daily diet.basically,i eat 1 to 2 kinds,maybe cabbage or carrot,sometimes white gourd.it seems difficult to finish 5 kinds. what about you,my friends.how many kinds of vegetable and fruit do you have every day? what are they?

I can make sure that i have enough fruits every day, apples, bananas, and pears, when it's season for grapes, i eat them a lot.but enough vegetables? i don't think so.We eat in a school canteen, and the types of vegetables doesn't always change, so we have to eat the same vegetables everyday , the most type is cabbages,chinese cabbages,carrot,and so on.

i understand you coz i just graduated from university.my campus canteen doesn't change often,thus i usually go outside with my friends to improve our meal quality. i suggest you go outside for meals twice a week.

In my country they recommend eating five portions of fruit or vegetables a day. This might be one banana, a handful of grapes or a 5cm slice of cucumber. For breakfast I think it is lovely and refreshing to eat a grapefruit. Also I drink fruit juice during each meal. I love to eat salad and might choose to have lettuce and cucumber or red cabbage,cauliflower and carrots. I find bananas a convenient snack in the afternoon. I like to get soup sometimes that is full of different vegetables. I am drinking a delicious fruit smoothie this evening. I know people that like packets of fruit and nuts, dried apricots, tinned pineapple, peach and pear as well as fruit pies. I think potato is a common vegetable. Good luck finding appealing vegetables to eat. You are doing well to eat the fruit.

maybe the diet differ in different countries,thus nutrition differ in international peoples. it seems you have a good balance in your diet,the vegetables you have is much richer than me.i should tak your advice to find some appealing vegetables to eat.

Hi there..we have veg most days,but my hubby eats far more friut than i do...I know I should eat more ,but I just dont enjoy it!! Yet I love my winter veg..and greens...so we cant win them all!!

hehe ruby,as i know,there are a few people who dislike fruit.coz,there re so many kinds of fruit,you may dislike some ones,while still many kinds left for you to choose.i guess you havn't tried many kinds of fruit.maybe you can have a try and find your best love one.

hey sophialin,I take vegetables everyday.I'll make sure I'll have either a portion of vege or fruits everyday cos if I don't,I'll have a hard time going to the bathroom.I love apples,fragrant pears,mangoes,bananas,mangosteens,cabbage,asparagus,chillis.

it seems you have eaten enough fruit and vegetable.i'm sensitive to mango,thus i can't have it directly,only slice is ok.a little pity

LOL ^_^ At least u'r eating better than me.. Basically i dun eat vegs at all and fruits, i will only eat it 3 times a week.. ANd the fruits i eat are normally apples, pears, grapes, bananas, kiwis, honey dew, rock melon, water melon and mango..

Here in the U.K we are recommended five a day, i just wonder how serious government nutritionists are in their recommendations, because i see no sign of anyone suggesting we cut the price of fruit and vegitables, surely this would be a great way to encourage eating more blessed be
