Did or do you have a tradition for Easter?

When I was a kid, my family had a tradition. In the morning when I woke up I would have the Easter egg hunt and I would also have to find my Easter Basket. lol Then we would go visit family and have dinner. I miss my Aunt Edmay, man she made some wonderful Country foods!
When my daughter was little, our tradition then was to take her to the park where they had Easter egg hunt and you got a prize for finding a certain amount of eggs. lol It was so much fun! That would be like the weekend before Easter.
On Easter we would hide the eggs and basket, and she would wake up and have to find them, then we went to church and after church, on a nice day, we would go to the park for a BBQ and if it wasn't a nice day we would fix something at home.
What did you do as a kid and what did you do with your kids for EASTER.

We usually wake up and find our baskets on the kitchen table filled with chocolate and some candy. Maybe a few little presents (little though). We always get a chocolate easter bunny. We have a easter dinner as well. Most the time we have a our cousins come over for the easter dinner. We don't do anything big like Christmas or Thanksgiving. One time we went to a church and did a easter egg hunt, but only did that once or twice. So I guess our tradition is just to have dinner and get chocolate. To hang out with the family.

When I was a kid, my mom would make us go to church every Easter Sunday. We would wake up first thing in the morning and go find our Easter Baskets. that was alot of fun.
I am now married and have a 16 year old daughter. We do not attend church on Easter sunday but I do make her an Easter Basket filled with goodies she likes.

When we were little we would get up and find the eggs and get our baskets. When we got a little older that darn easter bunny started hiding our baskets too! Sometimes he would hide them really good. once my sisters was in the dryer and mine was out on our porch. then we would go to my grandmothers for easter dinner. now that i have a family of my own we are continuing the tradition with our kids. We find eggs in the morning and then we go to my grandmothers for dinner and then to my husbands grandmothers to visit. We don't hide their baskets yet, they are still too young for that.

As a kid the day before Easter we went to the neighborhood egg hunt. Then Easter morning we would wake up to find our baskets. Then off to my dad's parents house for dinner.
Now that I have kids, and there are no grandparents, I usually cook and whoever is around from Bob's side stops by.
We dye eggs the night before. The girls wake up to their baskets, then go hunt for eggs.
Then I start preparing dinner. This year we are only having one brother come by.
