Salba is the richest whole food source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fibre found in nature. Every serving (12 grams or approximately 2 flat tablespoons) of Salba® provides over 2,400 mg of Omega 3s, over 4,500 mg of dietary fibre, with less than 0.5 net carbohydrates per serving. Gram for gram, Salba® provides six times more calcium than whole milk, three times more iron than spinach, and fifteen times more magnesium than broccoli. Salba® is all-natural, has no trans-fats, is gluten free, has almost no carbohydrates, and is certified Non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism). I'm not getting paid or anything, but, I just tried this stuff for a few days. It's amazing. Has anyone tried this stuff?

I've never heard of it but I'm sure getting serious about natural remedies. I'm having some real bad problems and now I'm reading that some of my problems could stem from all the medication I've taken since my heart attack in 2001. Obviously doctors would never tell you this. I have never heard about this stuff nor would I know where to go to get it here, but it does sound interesting. Thanks.

http://www.sourcesalba.com/index1.php There's a button on the left hand column of this website to request a free sample. They send it really quick.

I've never heard of salba but from what you say here I think next time I go to the store I'm going to look for it - I know I don't have enough fibre in my diet to begin with and often get what I do get from unfavorable sources. Thanks for the information.

If you're looking for fibre, this stuff really packs a punch. Apparently, it has 1 1/2 times more than bran.

bonbon, I work for a company that sells salba. This stuff is great and one of the most popular items that the company sells. I am not sure where you get yours from but I am talking about NorthStar Nutritionals. I work for the parent company. In fact I have a bottle of salba sitting on my desk right now. This stuff is great.

I got a free 3 day supply, and after 3 days found I loved it. If I could I would invest in a salba farm.
