Does anyone here suffer from Adrenal Disease?

I'm mostly talking about Addison's, Conn's or Cushings syndromes and diseases. I have most of the symptoms of hyper-aldosteronism, but I also have signs of low cortisol levels and other corticosteroids. I used to have to take a lot of adrenal hormones when I was growing up because my asthma was so bad, so I'm wondering if they damaged my glands. I'm working on repairing the damage and am wondering what else I can do, naturally, to help my adrenals. I would especially like to hear from anyone with Conn's disease. Also, how does one maintain their weight with Adrenal disease? I mean, either I'm losing tons of weight or I'm gaining tons of weight. Uggh!
