Have you ever been so fed up with a website?

I am with another site that pays for writing (ehow). I have been having nothing but problems after the first week of being there. I don't mean with the people, I mean with the site. I can't approve friends, I can't log into my earning's page and I am afraid to write an article for them as the last time I did, the page got lost! Everytime I try to do one of those things, I get a white page with 404 on it. I was told to clear my cookies and reboot, as I was the only one having a problem. I did that, still had the problem. Well, I thought what about doing a format of the computer incase there is something blocking it. I did the format this morning and guess what! STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! I wrote and told them that it was not on my side, it is on their side. If I unsub from the site, I loose the money I have in my account and I don't want to do that. So if there are any computer/internet geniusis out there, please if you can tell me what is wrong, I certainly would appreciate it as I was more upset this morning when I did the format and found I still had the problem.
