Is the deal with summer bay resorts legit? What is the catch has anyone ever done it. I know that they will try to get you to buy timeshare while your there, but is there anything else? Will they give you all that they say that they will? Does anyone do these things, and are they legit? Thanks

I think that it would be wise to check with a lawyer that an actual time share resort is legal. I think most time share resorts are legal but there will be some that are illegal. Someone buys one and then gets to spent a set amount of time there in a year. So a couple that bought one might have paid $20 000 and are able to go to the resort to stay in apartment 5 for 3 weeks in July. The apartment might sleep 2 adults, 3 children and have a cot for a baby. A dog might be allowed as well. Membership might include the use of a swimming pool and access to baby sitting services. It might be situated with a view of a white sand beach and a blue ocean. I prefer to choose a different location every time I travel. Buying a time share would mean going to the same resort every year for the rest of my life. If you buy a time share I hope that you will really enjoy it.
