There is one common situations in the life of all of us. At times, we are asked to complete given assignments in a definite time. Most of us one of the two ways to do it. One, we immediately start working on the assignment. Two, we plan our every move, determine and arrange needed resources, and also determine what stands in the way of completing the assignment and how are we going to handle these bottlenecks. Once this is done, we put the plan in action. In first case, we may or may not complete the assignment within given time. In second case, the possibility of successfully completing the assignment increases. Or in other words, we can say that possibility of a possible failure decreases. Which way would you prefer to go for completing the assignment?

Ahhh, but you failed to mention a 3rd possible approach to the situation, which is the approach I usually take; procrastinating till the very very very last minute and then come skidding in on the seat of your pants.

Completing an assignment - I just do it. I think while I am working. It works great for me. In school, when I had to do term papers, I did them backwards! I do my paper first, because I've read all I needed to in order to complete it; then I do note cards and an outline! lol Of course, none of my teachers ever knew that. I usually made A's, so it's worked for me that way. We all work in different ways and no way is better than another.

I do not usually plan before i act. Sometimes i do not have that kind of time to act in a planned manner. But at certain times i in by the instincts. But i have seen that the times in which i act in a plen manner gives me a lot of profits.
