I agree with you. I like what Obama has to say and believe he truly wants to unify all people to work together toward a better world. I have no objection to a woman as president, I just don't think Hillary is the right one. Let's hope we don't let fear and racism rule our decisions as a nation. Give the man a chance.

i really think that obama will be the appropriate president of the US cause, he was so far the best one among the other candidates he was so objective in his ideas, and have you seen the debate between both of candidate?

Yes, I have. And I think Obama shows much more self-control and grace than she does. She tends to get a little too emotional in some of her reactions so I tend to worry about her sincerity and her ability to react clearly to situations that are more difficult than the norm.

I also prefer Obama. I would like to see a female president but she is just not the correct choice. I don't think that her campaign is going nearly as well as she hoped but she will not give up as that would make her look bad. I think that she is in this because of a lifestyle that she wants to project. I don't think that we need Bill Clinton in the White House again and I am sure that he will be helping her make decisions about things. (Also, he can have more affairs with staff people.)

Hillary Clinton. I voted for her in Pennsylvania and I will support her until the end.
My biggest fear for this country is that the Democratic party will move as far to the left as the Republican parts has moved to the left. Clearly, that could happen with Barack Obama and if it does moderates like me will have no party unless there is a serious movement to form a third party which I may indeed be the best solution.
Throughout this entire campaign, Obama has delivered some beautiful speeches but they are nothing but rhetoric. He is not seasoned enough to be president of this country. I agree with Andrew Young, Obama will probably make a fine president in about eight years.

WHAT ideas - That's the whole point. The man has yet to put forward any ideas or plans. He'll unite us, he'll bring change, he's brilliant. That's all we hear but when it comes to suggesing specific solutions, there is nothing. When hillary Clinton suggested using FHA to help out with the housing foreclosure problem, Obama's response was that his plan was similar but that's all that was said. The next day, when John McCain said NO bailouts under any cricumstances, Obama said he could not believe the McCain position. Hillary & McCain both made a stand and Obama managed to say nothing and that is exactly what he has done for months. He's like the character in the Jersey Kosinski book who says absolutely nothing but manages to be vaguely in favor of everybody's ideas and thereby passes as brilliant. The reason, I suspect he is ultra liberal is because he is strongly supported by Teddy Kennedy who is ultra left wing liberal. Frankly, since Obama refuses to take stands on his own, it's necessary to judge him by the company he keeps.

Go to Obama's website and download and read his "Blueprint for Change" and you will see WHAT ideas. It is clearly written, easily understood, and well explained. I think it is in the download section of his site, but I am not sure. I downloaded it and read it, but cannot remember exactly WHERE on the site I found it. I will look and comment with the link if you are interested.

but what are exactly the arguments that make you support your point of view, well i think that obama is totally the opposite of what you said cause really he has a real pragmatic ideas that are clear also original, and i think that his ideas will bring something new to the USA:)

I have to agree with you. I hear a lot of people here talking about how he has not actually laid out an clear and concise plans for our nation and where he wants it to go. I have to wonder though, if they have taken the time to go to his website and download and read his blueprint for change. I did read it, and was very impressed with what I saw. His is, in my opinion a better health care plan, I also like his ideas about education much better than I do Hillary's. He also firmly believes that the people of America have a right to and deserve to be included in the nation's politics - he wants to give more of the government back to the people where it belongs. I truly think this is a good thing. His stance on illegal immigration could stand to be a bit stronger, but then I am not sure there ARE any good solutions to this problem - it has gotten WAY out of hand. Still,I will be voting for him in November.

I am not really sure exactly where I stand in all of this. I have been watching it all actually quite closely and I have never paid any attention before, but I am personally a little worried. Obviously by now Clinton is out of it however I think she would have been the best choice. My concern with Obama is much the fact that he doesn't seem to have done much in his career. Maybe he has, and it just isn't known, but from what I have seen on the different night shows about politics he hasn't pushed for anything, he seems to be just riding in the safe seat not making any enemies instead of getting out there voicing his opinion and standing up for what he believes throughout his political career so far. On the other hand I don't think this country can survive another republican especially one who is looking like he will be another Bush exactly, we are drowning here and even though I'm concerned with Obama and whether or not he will actually do the things he says I think our chances are much better with him than with Mcain.
