what is your opinion on:

I don't see any problem with freckles and think their 'cute' on some people. But then I don't have them myself and may feel differently if I did.

I definitely agree Modestah my friend! When I was very young I hated having freckles til one day my Grandmother told me that freckles were indeed kisses from the sun! Ever since then I have loved the fact I have freckles! xxx

I have a very pale complexion, so my arms have lots of freckles and they come out more in the summer when I am in the sun more. For some reason this is the only part of my body that have them. I have some scattered here and there throughout the rest of my body but nothing like my arms. I don't have a problem with them at all. I remember growing up that I had a friend who was the youngest of three kids. His brother was literally covered from head to toe with them, he was a redhead. His sister had lots but not as many as her brother, she was a dirty blonde and then my friend he didn't have any, he was a dark brunette. Their mom and dad didn't have any, I always thought this was interesting.

i like freckles ,but not when someone has to many ,a think a few look good on certain people..

I always wanted them as a kid, but only had a few very light ones across my nose. You didn't notice them unless you were looking (and of course I was looking all the time). I think they are a natural trait based on one's heritage and genetics, no different than hair color or skin tone. What could be ugly about that?

freckles a skin problem? perish the thought. Of course i am hot for several red headed irish girls including my wife, so I might be biased.

i just think its the changes in skin with age. i do not see it in other aspect. if it is to appear it would, i think there are many products to hide it. i have still not thought about it.

Well, it all depends. To me, lighter freckles around the nose can be attractive. However, when they get dark or too big or/and in random places of the face, it can take away from a face's beauty.

I think that freckles are beautiful....I thought they always called them angel kisses...and if they are angel kisses that makes them even more beautiful! I personally think they are a feature that adds charater!

I have a sprinkling of freckles across my nose. They are more prominent in the summer when I am outside more often. I also have freckles on both of my shoulders. I never liked the freckles on my shoulders much, but they are there so... I have had them since the second grade.

I had a friend who got so many freckles in her face she found it ugly but I told her there no way to take it off. You will hide but you will not put it away from your face. It depend so much of it brought also ugliness I saw some that it good on them. If I got it then I make sure that it's good to on me hahaha...

I have a 6 year old son who has a smattering of freckles across his cheeks and nose, they are really cute and make him look even cheekier than he is! He hates them and went through a stage of being really conscious about them. I have always had freckles too, in the same place as my son, but as I have become older, the freckles seem to become a little bigger everytime the sun comes out, so I wear sunscreen constantly and this seems to prevent them coming out, I do not like them on myself.

hi modestah!i have read once i forgot where, it is said that person with freckles are the fairest skin of all people because of certain chemical found etc...am i correct? personally i try to find out i had friends both male and female having freckles on their faces and its true their skin are baby smooth! does anyone notice this?! so appearance wise its good thing to have... but medical wise having much larger risk to harmful UV rays more skin protection is needed ^_^

It depends, if it is too much, then it becomes unatractive, but Look at LinSey Lohan, she has freckles all over her face, body ...and shes really pretty.
