I loved Battlestar Galactica, the orginal and also the newer version. Three years ago when it first came out I began watching it but was unable to get into the next two years due to lack of cable. Now I don't watch it because I hate getting in the middle of a program. I also had an affinity for Star Trek: The Next Generation. I am a writer myself and have written seven novels, two of which are part of a SCi-Fi/Fantasy Series I came up with. I have a publisher for one of my thriller novels (My publisher is calling the book Contemprary Mystery). I think some of the best movies ever made were sci-fi. I especially liked Stargate, Independence Day, and Serenity. Out of all of them though I would have to say Battlestar Galactica is my favorite even though right now I am not watching it. It has an epic adventure feel, with drama spread through out it, and action dominating the scenery even while on a ship most of the time. The characters are fresh, and the people playing them, so far from what I have seen, have done a superb job.
