Although I was right about who the two who would the last two standing Celebs, I was wrong about who would win. I thought Trace would win with star power and the fact the Donald Trump really liked him. I didn't count on Piers raising so much money over the amount that Trace did.
I really enjoyed this season of the Apprentice and can't wait for the next season.

Peirs only won cause he knew more people with more money. I mean, that one guy bid $100,000 on two different auction items - $200 grand from one person - who's to compete with that? I thought it odd that they didn't even show any aution items Trace got except fo that NFL thing.... which didn't go for much. And nothing was much mentioned about the stars he got there. But just like he said - he'd win 2 out of 3 and he did. But Donald is only interesed in the money, not who he likes or who is nice. And I have to admit, that is what the game is all about. But it was hands down to Trace as to who worked the hardest to get what he did. I mean how much work is it to go through your roladex and tell people why you need their money cause your on this game show and do you really thing Simon Cowell is going to say "sorry I can only bid $24,000 for that". But he isn't going to do that to his own impression, plus he gets a good tax deduction since it is all going to charity. IF Piers had approached me, or anyone else with his "protocal", I'd a said, sorry I gave at the office. But Trace, I'd a pulled out my check book. Just cause one can get alot of money in a short period of time doesn't mean they will always be pulling in that much money - slow but steady is often a good way to go for stability

I had a feeling Piers would win because of all they money he raised through the show but like Trace said Piers has contacts that are billionaires and can afford to spend the money while Trace does not have those kinds of contacts. I am glad that they had the charity auction and Trace ended up with $65,000 for his charity that was nice. I think Piers charity The Intrepid Hereos Fund was a great cause too. I have watched all of the seaons of The Apprenitce and will most likel keep watching.

I don't watch The Apprentice but caught some of tonights episode (I was flipping between that, Don't forget the Lyrics, and LA Ink). I was really surprised that Trace didn't win, but as it was said a few times, it is a business game and Trace - as nice of as guy as he is - doesn't seem to be vicious enough for the business world.

NBC renewed a second edition of the series. The new version will still take place in New York City, but will feature an all-new cast of celebrities. Expect the new edition to premiere in January 2009.
I am not surprised by the outcome. He sure won quite easily.

Are they planning on having another CELEBRITY Apprentice?
I did not watch the show either but just tonights finale. I really wish I did though because I am a big fan of Lennox Lewis and love how well spoken he is and this was perfect for him, still, he did seem nervous in the limelight (when questioned by Trump). I wish he was still boxing :(
OK!!-------
Yea, I know Trace was a reall good guy and he had so many fans in the audience but I think it served TRump as a way of keeping the audience happy and for viewers but as a business decision it does not look very professional to pick someone just based on how nice they are and I know TRump still has alot of respect for him. They did give Pier a hard time!! He did a real good job and had a good charity and I can see how it would raise alot of money because thats a top issue right now, OUR tropps, how they are not recieving the benefits they deserve, especially paraplegics and its great. It was so hard to hear Trace speak of his daughter because I couldnt imagine having to live like that but still agree that their is still alot people do not know about the allergie, but yet, you see "contains peanuts" on SO MANY products. Trace helped so much by getting the word out there and he should be happy with that, still its gotta be soooo hard and his daughter looked like she just wanted to be a normal kid, and that hurt me.
