I heard a story about an old man who died because of lack of memory, how? He forgot to breathe! (joke!) but kidding aside, having some memory lapse can be dangerous, any experiences regarding this matter?

No personal experience for me, but I would think it would be very fustrating. My grandmothers' memories are starting to go. They remember things from the past easier than things they did yesterday or even earlier in the day. I know they realize this and it is embarassing for them.

Yeah, I have had memory lapses. My wife says that my ability to retain short term memory is shot, swiss cheese memory she calls it. Sometimes it's like I'm wandering around in a fog, gee fog sure is wonderful, love the feeling of the mist on my skin, the smell of the damp in my nose. Uh, what was the question again? I forgot.
