I sell my crafts on etsy.com. I have been selling there for about 2 years (http://effulgentcrafts.etsy.com) and have done ok.
I think etsy is the perfect platform for crafters to get thier stuff out there. I know with etsy I might never have gotten up courage to try to sell my items. People there are really supportive and have given me some great tips on how to promote myself. Plus now I can sell year round instead of just at fairs in the winter time.
Unlike ebay most of the people who shop at etsy are looking for hand made goods and are willing to pay for them. Rather than the ebay folks who always want a deal. If you are thinking of selling your stuff, check it out. It's a great community.

How does Etsy work? Ive heard of it before but Ive never tried to sell my crafts on there. Do you have to pay? How much is it?

I will be watching this thread. I sell my crafts in a local consignment shop but it is tough to find the right things to sell. I do have 2 websites that I sell from. It is hard to get internet sales though if you are not well established in SEO techniques. the internet is so saturated. I look forward to more responses from folks.

I don't really make any crafts, but if I did I would try and sell them on eBay. You should give the site a try, always someone there that's willing to buy all sorts of stuff.
