Hi rookiekan, excuse me if this may sound a bit backward but if you are referring to dial-up to access the internet then there is this freeware program called NetLaunch that auto dial all your internet connection number (one after another if its busy) until you are connected, see to it that you will not be disconnected and it would even dial/hangup on scheduled time of the day.
