I have a perfect figure otherwise. Not too skinny, just healthy.Of late I noticed my tummy bulging out,and tight clothes make it bulge it the more.I swell up during periods and don't know the reason why.My fingers, tummy and feet are swollen.I lessen the intake of salt but it doesnot help. How can I flatten my tummy without rigorous exercise. Is bloating normal during periods.

Yes, it is normal. You could try an over the counter diuretic. Midol is one but that has pain killers in it too for cramps and such. There is another one but I don't recall what the name is.
Bloating in general (or your tunny not being flat) can be from lax muscles (especially if you've had children) in which case only exercising can help. Or from the types of foods you are eating. A healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables could make a huge difference.
