Argentine Empanadas

Hello all! My hubby is from Argentina and I am always looking for great recipes for Argentine cuisine. I just love that food! Anyways, I need a great recipe for Argentine Empanadas that have ground beef and are fried. I am especially looking for a recipe for the tapas for the empanadas. The tapa is the shell or the dough that makes the crust. I used to be able to buy these in the grocery store but where I live now does not carry them. Thanks so much for your help!!
