having a husband creats seven extra hours of housework each week for women, according to a new study. in gerneral, marriage means more housework for women and less for men. and the situation gets worse for women when they have children.
is that so? do you do more housework after you got married?

I definately have more housework to do, but that I think comes from the fact that I have 4 children now. My hubby is actually very good around the house and will help out wherever he can, even though he goes to work all day. I do not mind the help but I think that I do it properly but he just skims, and does not clean properly so this is the reason that I would rather just do it myself! But as a whole, all of us work together to clean.

Yes I do alot more housework now that I am married and have kids. I have to do all their laundry on top of mine. I have more dishes to do since there are more family members and the more people in the house the faster things get dirty and need cleaned.

Yes definatley I mean he is out all day so I tend to pick up clean etc and that includes everything of his because no matter what I say he can not find the laundry basket.
I dont really mind though he helps when he can especially when im ill and I appriciate that more than anything.
My housework then double twice over after each of my children also!

After marriage a girl does more work comparatively in her house .Mom is there to help her out but here she is the mother so its best to train girls from their house itself to do some work because after they get married they won't find it difficult
