Tyler Perry, You Gotta Love Him!

I love Tyler Perry! Not only is he incredibly good looking but he's a great actor, as well as comedian. I loved "The Diary Of A Mad Black Women" and all the other Madea movies that followed it. I have not seen "Why did I Get married?" However, I really want to see it. I am also excited because he will be starring in the new Star Trek movie as well and while I am not a big Star trek fan (my husband is), they have some pretty great actors/actresses starring in this new movie, Tyler Perry being one of them. I also want to see "Meet The Browns", which is yet another Madea movie. Madea and her brother Joe are two of his funnier characters and they just crack me up.
What is your opinion of Tyler Perry?

My opinion of Tyler Perry is that he is so talented, funny, good looking and such a good guy I just love him. He is generous with a good heart. To hear his story of living in a car trying to make his dreams come true is quite inspirational. I try to see all of his movies including his tv show(which he does not star it) when I can. I like it all more when he is starring in the movie then just directing or producing.

Hi, SassyKittyKat. I love him! He is a very silly man that knows how to make you laugh even when you feel like dirt. When I am depressed, I will watch his movies and I always end up with a smile and laughter. He is a very great comedian and he knows how to catch ones attention. I would like to see all of his movies. I have seen about only two of them.

I enjoy his plays and movies myself; To be honest, we needed a Madea, and I thank God for Tyler Perry. I know there are a lot of folks who downgrade Madea, but see in this society that we live in, we need a figure to show us that yeah, we come a long way, yeah we messed up and all, but yeah, we still got a long way to go. I know it is not easy for Perry to keep on playing Madea like he's been doing, but I love it when you see someone trying to show you the right thing and be funny about it too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tyler Perry!! The man is a genius! Madea is such an awesome character. I hope I'm like that when I'm her age LOL. I haven't seen Meet the Browns yet. Hoping to catch that soon. I'm not a "treky" either, but it will be interesting to see him in a different type of role. How big is his part and what kind of part is it?

I have all the DVDs that have been release except the new 'Meet The Browns" (no bootlegs either). I saw Madea the first time when I went to the home of a family who'd just lost a son. So, I didn't really pay attention. A few months later, my cousin and the other cook out gang were watching a DVD (She orDers from his site and has all the DVD's. Every time he's near doing a play, I had to work. Grrrrr!! Mr. Perry and his cast are so very talented. As far as Madea....5 *****'s.
