To Make a analog clock , How to rotate an object

I tried to make a analog clock with java script
But there i have used 60 images for seconds, 60 images for minutes and 12 for hours as i can't rotate any object or make a new shape like line circle in javascript. When i layer those images it just can't bring the perfect output.
Is there any alternative?
Please help me?
