Ever since I found there Mighty Boosh Guild I can't get enough of Gaia online. If anyones wondering why my posting elsewhere has dropped it's because I'm on there, if anyone else on my friends list here is on the site PM me and I'll add you. I'm rubbish at the fishing game but I make a lot of gold posting on the forums, any tips for making gold would be appreciated as just from posting it is quite slow. I know to shake the tree's and bushes and rocks in the towns, but other than that and the games daily chance and posting I don't know any other ways.

I've never heard of Gaia online before. Is it a social networking site? I spend an awful lot of time on Facebook these days but I should think I could find time to add yet another site lol. Particularly if it has games on it - I can waste hours and hours on games! If there is a referral link to it just PM me it or if not I'll take a look at the site anyway.

It's sort of a cross between social networking and a game site, you make an avatar and earn gaia gold when you post in the forums and just for surfing the site etc which you can spend on clothes for your avatar and stuff for the house you get. I think I can refer people I'll check, it is fun if you find a guild that's interesting and earning the gold gets addictive.

OMG, I am so addicted to the fishing game on King.com and they will not let me log on all winter because the games are not legal in Arizona, so in a few weeks I will be back to California where they are legal. All the other game sites let us log on and play the practice games from anywhere but just block access to the paying skill games. King.com has to go and be different. Grrrrr. I am going over to Gaia right now to check out that fishing game and see if there are any similarities. There is another game site I've found recently that has one called Starway that I'm nuts about too. Online games rock, but as you say they can be a b ig time drain. I find them very relaxing, though, and like to play 2 or 3 every night just before bedtime.

You don't win actual money it's gaia gold which you can only spend on items for your avatar and house on the site etc. If you've signed up let me know your user name and I'll add you.

I love Gaia, but don't have the time I use to have to spend on there. I try to log on at least once a day, but sometimes I am unable to. But I play games, go to towns, sell in the marketplace, and post in the forums. I am getting use to the new pinball game.

I've just discovered the word bump game that's a good one for making gold easily and it's quite fun.

I just joined Gaia today through Inbox Dollars. I am working on setting up my house, but I'm having a bit of problem with the application that helps me place my home and am still working with it. It sounds like a lot of fun and it's completely free. I can't do Second Life because my graphics card isn't compatible, but that's OK because it costs real money to do Second Life and this sounds more fun with all the games and the like.

Yes it's good that it's free, the animation probably isn't as good as second life, but I bet it works faster.

Thanks for telling me about it! I just registered and I'm happy it's free! I don't know if I'll be able to devote a lot of time to it right now, but it looks like it will be fun.

It does get quite time consuming if you get into it, I haven't actually been on it for a few days now I must sign in again. I was saving up my gold for a new outfit that is really expensive.

I joined a few weeks ago but what with one thing and another I have just now got round to doing much there.
If you like or you are good at jigsaws, if you do the insane level you can get between approx 400-600 gold and some puzzles on hard or insane have a bonus item.
So far I've got 5 bonus items green single unit, black sofa, 2 standard lamps and a feather headress. I sold one of the lamps for 300 and I think I got about 500 for the puzzle so it does mount up.

I've only done one jigsaw so far and it was an easy one, the word bump game is good for making gold. I mainly post in the guilds to make the gold though. What's your name on there? I'll add you. I don't like spending too much time on their as it's not real gold like what you get on here is it?
