now with the crazy rising gas prices (up to $1.14 a litre here on southern ontario, canada) we are starting to rethink our outings, we group our errands together and think if the place we want to go is a necessity...any one else feel this way?
is the high gas price making you stay home more?

Even with gas prices creeping up, we have not changed how much gas we use. I do all of the errands on my own so that is not a big deal. I might go through one tank a gas a month between driving to and from work, bringing my son to school and errands.

I hear ya. I have been making all my errands on one day. I have a son who is learning how to drive. He always wants to go practice driving. I feel bad but I have to say we can't afford for you to burnup gas. I thank God that the grocery store is just 1-2 miles away from where I live. We have a ranger and it takes 60.00 to fill it up. That last my husband maybe 2 days to drive to work. I don't see how people survive who earn minimum wage.
