How Would You Go About Getting Started? I Am Interested In Doing This Because I Have Had More Than A Few Experiences In My Life And I Was Just Curious As To How To Go About Getting Started.

I would enjoy that too. I watch Ghosthunters regularly. I would get a kick out of going with them to some of those places.

I would love to. I have researched a lot of information online and have read many books from the library. I really want to work for a paranormal agency/association/firm, something.. I think that it would be great. I too have experienced a lot of situations that others would have thought was crazy, but I believe in paranormal situations and I think that it would be awesome to study it and also work within the field. There is a lot to learn out there, but as you, I am unsure how to really get involved besides reading the information and learning through books. It would be great if there was some type of workshops we could attend as beginners and find out more of this information, to be able to get involved in much deeper way. :)

If I were you, I would start by going to http://www.ghosttocoast.us and finding paranormal investigation groups and ghost tours in my state. The groups are a great source of information and ghost tours are a wonderful way to learn your area's paranormal history, plus they are a lot of fun. Then, I would go to the library and find the section where they keep the paranormal books and look for books by Hans Holzer. I don't agree with everything Dr. Holzer says, but he's a good starting point. Sample the other books in there and see who appeals to you. It's a wide-open field! i'm a fairly new paranormal investigator myself and we're all just learning.
