Sir, this is request of a may be uniq question that in my Home earthing is not good or proper, it glow a bulb of 15wats with earth and live wire connect it, is any way or any instrument is there i market to complete the 100% connect or make the earthing complte. due to this my pc is not run properly and we con't change the home we are living in landline home, means not in flat, two time we done it earthing but not successful so kindly if any one have answer tell me, which equipment to run link in aircraft also have some equipment to earthing without connect to earth. regards anandji
