what was your first car?

My first car was a little Chevette. My father brought it home for me along with a payment book. It was a stick shift and I had never driven one, but I soon taught myself. And actually I am a better driver for it. I drove that car probably over 10,000 miles in a years time and it was a good little car for the money.

I had a 1985 Honda civic, stick shift. I loved it, but damn it had some problems- like dying in the middle of traffic. I still miss it to this day though!

Hi athinapie, when I first started to work I was not able to afford a new car. I then could only manage to buy a second hand car. It was a Japanese car, Toyota KE 10 which was olive green in color. I was quite happy to own an old car as it was new to me then. I washed the car once a week and polished it in every other week. It was quite convenient to have my own car as I save a lot of time and trouble to use the public vehicles when going to office or outing. After using it for five years or so I then could manage to replaced it with another brand new car.

Hi, my first car was a Ford Capri, i've attached a picture of one similar, mine was a gold colour and kept it for about a year. It was a good fun car and they were really popular here in the UK in the 70's and 80's, I've had about 65 cars since then but you never forget your first one! Well done for getting your licence by the way!

I got my first ever vehicle in October 2006. It first needed lots of work on it before it ever hit the road. My first vehicle: 1997 DODGE INTREPID, color purple. I have auto insurance through State Farm. It expires this October. But before hand I renew it online or mail. My license is valid and expires birthdate of 2012. My registration expires in this October. But I will renew it online. My driving record is clean with no offenses. Well, I was stopped twice for my car windows tinted too dark. I took care of all that.
