How often does your company give you a raise?

I work for an engg consultancy firm and here my company gives us an appraisal twice a year.I would like to know how many times does your company give you a raise in a year and what percentage?

our appraisal is once a year and we'll get our bonus and increment once a year as well. the percentage of increment varies from one individual to another as it depends on your performance. so far for my company we get up to 10% only as we're just a small company.

my company holds the appraisal system twice a year. but the raise is given only once in a year. the percentage is not fixed. it depends and varies on the grade obtained and market value.
