UPDATE: Depo Injection, Hyperthyroidism and 3 months bleeding

Hello friends! I hope this will help other people who maybe suffering the same as my condition and to let those who care about me what had happenend recently. I had depo shot in October and was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in November 2007. Depo is not advisable for those with thyroid problems so I was not given a follow up shot when my depo contraceptive injection expired in January. I had my bleeding in the onstart of January and continued to have it till March so I have to see my OB. She said it maybe due to hormonal imbalances because of the depo shot and the medicines I am taking for my thyroid. She gave me a low-dose contraceptive pill "Althea" and the bleeding stops in just a few days after taking it. Thank God I am really so relieved. Thanks for all your prayers and concern.
